Jad Global Real Estate Development Company has announced the laying of the foundation stone for its residential project 'Jad 288', the second in the Jumeirah Garden City area. The company has also appointed Al-Safa Contracting Company as the main contractor for the project, marking the start of implementation works. The 'Jad 288' project consists of 288 residential units distributed across three buildings, designed according to an architectural vision focused on quality. The project is part of Jad Global's continuous expansion in the Dubai market. The value of 'Jad 288' exceeds 400 million dirhams, bringing the total value of the company's active development project portfolio to approximately 2.2 billion dirhams, spread across several strategic areas such as Jumeirah Garden City, Al Jaddaf, and Jumeirah Village Circle.
