The Dubai Consumer Protection and Fair Trade Establishment, part of the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism, has confirmed that Dubai's markets are witnessing significant price stability, with supply chains operating normally without any disruptions affecting the availability of essential goods. During a field inspection by the administration's teams at the Al Awir Vegetable and Fruit Market in Dubai, a representative stated that products are available and prices are stable. The inspection is part of the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism's efforts to monitor market conditions, ensure compliance with approved prices, and guarantee the continuous availability of essential goods for consumers across Dubai. The department also ensures that commercial establishments comply with existing laws and regulations, particularly regarding price stability and promoting fair competition. Inspection teams have intensified their visits to sales outlets, and cooperation has been established with strategic partners from local and federal authorities to ensure proactive monitoring of these outlets. In the past five days alone, 380 inspection visits were conducted to verify price stability, product availability, and the principles of fair trade, in addition to periodic checks to ensure compliance with terms and standards.
