Chinese Company Wins Major Construction Contracts in UAE

China Civil Engineering Construction Corporation and Mohamed have been awarded construction contracts for residential complexes in the UAE, totaling over 2 billion dirhams. Company Arada has also signed a deal for 2,210 homes as part of the Jada project.

China Civil Engineering Construction Corporation, a subsidiary of China Railway Limited, is set to construct buildings on East Boulevard and West Boulevard. As for the construction contract for The Gate 3-6 complexes, located at the community's southern entrances, it has been awarded to Mohamed. The contracts, totaling 2.04 billion UAE dirhams, cover the main construction works within 14 residential complexes. Company 'Arada' has signed two main contracts to build a new batch of 2,210 homes in the massive 'Jada' community, with total sales value of 35 billion UAE dirhams. The delivery is scheduled for 2028.
