Ajman Free Zone Center has signed a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) Courts. The agreement aims to enhance the legal infrastructure supporting the center's rapidly growing commercial ecosystem and bolster investor confidence. The MoU was signed by Rishi Somayya, CEO of Ajman Free Zone Center, and Judge Omar Al Mheiri, Director of DIFC Courts. This partnership is designed to provide value-added services to Ajman Free Zone Center's clients by granting them access to a range of public services offered by DIFC, including its court services. These services encompass the Small Claims Court, the First Instance Court, and the Court of Appeal.
