Some banks have informed their clients that domestic financial transfers «over 50,000 dirhams», made during the Eid al-Fitr holiday, will be processed starting from March 23rd. According to messages sent by these banks, «on the occasion of the Eid al-Fitr holiday, any domestic transfer exceeding 50,000 dirhams made between March 19-21 of this year will be executed on March 23rd or later». The banks advised their clients to arrange their financial transactions and transfers accordingly. It is worth noting that financial transfers «under 50,000 dirhams» are usually processed on the same day without delay during holidays, while large amounts «over 50,000 dirhams» are delayed and processed on official working days, in accordance with the system in place in the country's banking sector.
