Empower, the leading district cooling service provider in the United Arab Emirates, has signed an agreement with Meraas, a subsidiary of Dubai Holding Properties, to supply over 17,500 tons of cooling capacity for the third phase of 'City Walk' and the 'Verv' building. This move is part of Empower's continuous expansion to meet the growing needs of development projects in the region. It reflects the company's commitment to providing sustainable and energy-efficient solutions that meet customer needs and keep pace with the rapid urban development in Dubai. This project represents a new addition to Empower's portfolio, which includes approximately 1,750 buildings across the emirate of Dubai. By the end of 2025, Empower's total cooling capacity is expected to reach around 1.7 million tons.
