The Board of Directors of Prowess PLC has approved the restructuring of its board and some of its committees, as well as accepted the resignations of several members. The board also approved the resignations of Khaled Salmeen, Nasser Al Mehairi, Ahmed Al Hashi, Hital Bhatel, Philip van Kooten, Thomas Buzen, and Aisha Al Hamadi from their positions as board members. Additionally, the board approved the resignation of Stefan Dubovszky from his position as Vice Chairman of the Board (but not as a board member) and appointed Martin van Kooten as the new Vice Chairman. The board also agreed to amend certain corporate governance documents and the company's bylaws, subject to shareholder approval to adopt the amendments from the date of approval.
