The Dubai Women's Establishment has launched the 'Professional Mentoring Program for Women in the Financial Sector' as part of its continuous efforts to qualify national female cadres and enhance their leadership presence in the financial sector, which is one of the pillars of the national economy. The program is implemented over six months in cooperation with 'JPMorgan', with the participation of about 22 female employees and leaders specializing in accounting, finance, budget planning, and asset management in various government and semi-government entities. The program provides a developmental interactive environment that connects participants with a select group of executives from 'JPMorgan' in the region and worldwide, who offer guidance and mentorship through specialized mentoring sessions and direct or interactive online meetings, contributing to the transfer of global expertise and providing professional guidance that supports the career paths of the participants.
