The total value of transactions per day amounted to 5 billion dirhams, which significantly exceeds the average daily indicator. A total of 1451 transactions were conducted, indicating high activity in the real estate market in Dubai.
"This new record for us demonstrates stability and sustainable development in the real estate sector in Dubai," the official emphasized.
