According to the Dubai Land Department, the request service for the issuance of a property card allows the owner to submit a request for the issuance of a card for registered real estate, including the plot card, the real estate card, the villa card, the building card, the common areas card and their amenities, the parking card and additional warehouses. To obtain this service, it is required to provide a letter from the owner in case of his personal absence or from the company in case of representation, as well as to present identification of the individual.
"Real estate owners in need of these cards for formalizing changes in their objects should resort to this service, as anticipated by the Department. It ensures a simpler and more convenient process of formalizing the necessary documents and changes," - noted in the Dubai Land Department.
