The Dubai Department of Finance (DOF) and the Association of Accountants (ACCA) have signed an agreement to initiate the Certificate in Public Finance Management (PFM) program aimed at enhancing the skills and development of specialists in public accounting and management of public finances across various government structures in Dubai.
