
The Dubai Culture and Arts Authority (Dubai Culture) launched the 29th edition of the 'Art Map' in collaboration with the 'The Jam Jar' studio. The new edition provides information about upcoming art exhibitions and grants that support artists, in addition to the 'Dubai Culture' programs, such as 'Living Art Schools' and 'The Reading Fund'. The release highlights the role of the Union Museum in enhancing national identity and showcases the creative zone in 'Al Quoz'.
The 'Art Map' offers a comprehensive view of the cultural scene in Abu Dhabi with activities such as 'Abu Dhabi Arts' and 'Manarat Al Saadiyat'. Additionally, it includes the city's preparations to host global museums like the Guggenheim Abu Dhabi. The release also emphasizes cultural centers in Sharjah, with a focus on 'Sharjah Biennial 16' and 'Dubai Culture' initiatives to support the creative community.
The studio director of 'The Jam Jar', Hital Bawan, pointed out the importance of celebrating the local cultural scene and supporting emerging artists. For his part, Dr. Saeed Mubarak bin Kharbash confirmed that the new release reflects the development of the artistic sector and encourages investment in culture and the arts in Dubai and the Emirates.
