The foundations of life are essentially represented by those that bring psychological comfort for the writer, artist, and singer. Syrian musician Farah Bahar Yunus, currently living in the UAE and participating in many cultural events, believes that one of the key requirements for art is the provision of opportunities for the creator to express themselves, showcase their talent, and also think outside the box. "The UAE is one of the most important countries in the world in this field, launching numerous quality initiatives such as exhibitions, cultural centers, seminars, and festivals across the country. Here, government support is evident for all areas of creativity and culture," added Farah.

Lieutenant General Mohamad Ahmed Al Marri, Director of the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs in Dubai, noted in his speech at the Emirates Airline Festival of Literature that "creators need a sense of safety anywhere in the world, and, thanks to Allah, the UAE and the city of Dubai always and continuously represent a leading model of sustainability." He also emphasized that Dubai Police does a great job ensuring the safety of citizens and residents, protecting their rights and interests. According to the general, all government agencies work at a high level to make the process of interaction with clients simple, short, and fast.

Saeed Ali Shaali, a writer and poet from the UAE, noted that creative works always require a free space for intellectual and cultural freedom. He also stated that only in a safe environment can productivity be achieved. In turn, writer Mahmoud Hamada from Syria emphasized that the "Golden Visa" program in the UAE is a significant step.
