Dubai's tourism and hotel sector is experiencing unprecedented growth in 2025, with hotel occupancy rates surpassing 93% driven by business and leisure tourism. Upcoming major events are set to attract thousands of visitors.

Hotel managers confirmed that Dubai is experiencing an active tourist season and has a high occupancy rate since the beginning of the current year, with occupancy levels surpassing those of the previous year, and a strong growth in preliminary bookings for the first quarter of the current year.

The manager of "Royal Life Grand" reported that the tourism industry in Dubai is aimed at setting new records this year, with strong demand for both business and leisure tourism, which is reflected in high occupancy rates projected for early 2025.

Dubai is expected to host 12 high-profile events in February of the current year. Among them are "Midlab" from February 3 to 6, the Emirates International Nutrition Congress and exhibition from February 4 to 6, the "Break Bulk" exhibition in the Middle East on February 10 and 11, "Coffee World - Dubai" from February 10 to 12, "Jalfood 2025" on food and beverage products from February 17 to 21, and also the "Dubai" International Yacht Exhibition from February 19 to 23.

The "Amadeus" company reported on bookings of about 54% of hotel rooms in Dubai for February of the current year. This indicates a high demand for business and leisure tourism at the beginning of the year.

Data from the "Amadeus" company showed that hotel occupancy in Dubai is recorded at over 91%. The manager of the "Sofitel Dubai The Obelisk" hotel confirmed that a significant growth in demand for leisure tourism was fixed compared to previous years, while business tourism also continues to demonstrate stable growth.
