
Far Eastern University Roosevelt recently held an eventful Family Day and Sports Fest, which included an exciting badminton contest to highlight the athletic skills of its students across different divisions: Beginner, Junior, and Senior.
In the Beginner division (Grades 1 to 4), Team Yellow 2, represented by Zach Ymanuel Nad and Mariana Jermaine Nad, claimed the championship title. Team Red 2 and Team Green 2 secured the 1st and 2nd runner-up positions, respectively.
Moving to the Junior division, Alessandra Faith Salazar and Eliz Levy Morales from Team Yellow 5 emerged as champions, followed by Team Red 4 and Team Blue 6 as the 1st and 2nd runner-up teams.
The Senior division (Grades 8 to 12) crowned Team Yellow 8 as champions, with Team Blue 6 and Team Green 4 finishing as the 1st and 2nd runner-up teams. The badminton competition not only displayed athletic excellence but also promoted unity and school spirit among the participants.
The FEU Roosevelt Family Day and Sports Fest took place on February 1 at Al Ahli Sports Club in Al Nahda, Dubai, attracting over 2,000 students, faculty members, and families.
