A total of 1,031 nominations were submitted for the candidature of engineers and architects from 5 countries and 6 disciplines. The awards indicated the significant role of Filipino professionals in the sustainable development of infrastructure and community environments in five countries of the Middle East.
The ceremony recognizing the distinguished title of Watchlist Top Engineers and Architects in the Middle East 2025 recognized the achievements of 126 outstanding Filipino professionals. At the events in Dubai, UAE, the best of the best were announced in the fields of engineering and architecture.
Expert juries comprised of respected specialists, including representatives from Filipino institutions, helped determine the winners. The Filipino Times Watchlist project received broad support and was recognized as an important event aimed at enhancing the reputation of Filipino specialists abroad.
