Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the last prince of Dubai, vice-premier and minister of defense, expressed serious concern about the wide interest in the initiative "Muezzin al-Frij", aimed at identifying and developing young talents in the performance of the Adhan. The assessment commission held a meeting to discuss and clarify the evaluation criteria, ensuring a fair and transparent selection of participating applicants. Dr. Abdullah Ibragim Abdul Jabbar, fulfilling the duties of the director of the Dubai Center for the Koran and its sciences, emphasized that this initiative reflects the department's commitment to supporting and promoting young talents in the field of the Adhan in conjunction with the vision of wise leadership. The Department of Islamic Affairs and Charitable Activities of Dubai received more than 1,700 applications for participation in the second edition of the initiative "Muezzin al-Frij", launched by the directive of His Highness.
