Two key players in the investment and construction sectors in Dubai signed a significant agreement for the development of infrastructure in the area to improve access to five major Dubai Holding locations – Jumeirah Village Circle, Dubai Production City, Business Bay, Palm Jumeirah, and International City (phase 3). The agreement was signed in the presence of His Excellency Mohammed bin Hadi Al Hussaini, Minister of State for Financial Affairs, as well as other high-ranking officials from both sides.

According to this agreement, four additional entrances will be developed for Jumeirah Village Circle with separate intersections that facilitate the improved transit capability of entrances and exits. The main executive director of Dubai Holding, Amit Kaushal, stated: "This agreement incorporates our support for RTA and their efforts to develop connectivity and accessibility across the whole city, especially in certain highly dynamic aspects of Dubai."

The general director and chairman of the board of executive directors of RTA, Mattar Al Tayer, expressed satisfaction regarding the signing of the agreement with Dubai Holding on improving access to the key assets of the development group.

The agreement also foresees the construction of new bridges to enhance access to Dubai Production City from Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Road, which will allow reducing travel time for both entrances and exits, and also improve traffic movement on internal roads by 50%. Completely new pedestrian bridges will be built to facilitate crossing at ground level, improving mobility, ensuring pedestrian safety, and reducing travel time on Palm Jumeirah by 40%.

In general, this strategic partnership allows for improving internal roads and access points, reducing travel time by 30%-70%. Together with RTA, we are strengthening Dubai's position as a leading global center in the field of urban development.
