The Hamdan bin Mohammed Programme for Government Services has redefined public services to enhance customer experiences and strengthen Dubai's leadership in service development. The Programme has announced the shortlist for three prestigious awards: the Hamdan Flag, Best Pioneering Initiative, and Best Digital City Experience.

The finalists have been recognized for their efforts to enhance services under Dubai's 360 Services policy, reinforcing the city's position as a global leader in innovative government services. Nine government entities have been shortlisted for the Hamdan Flag award, acknowledging their achievements in implementing the 360 Services policy to enhance public services through personalization and digitalization.

Eman Al Suwaidi, Director of the Assessment and Studies Department at the General Secretariat of The Executive Council, highlighted Dubai's commitment to continuous improvement in government services through healthy competition with the Hamdan Flag. The Hamdan bin Mohammed Programme for Government Services aims to raise service standards and support the implementation of the 360 Services policy.

Among the innovative initiatives included in the shortlist are the Land Grants and Exchange platform for UAE citizens, the EV Green Charger service for electric vehicle users, digitized processes for vehicle ownership transfer, and procedures related to death for UAE citizens in Dubai. These initiatives align with Dubai's vision for integrated government services under the 360 Services policy.

There are also initiatives such as Montaji Plus, Smart Travel, Driver’s Licensing, Digitalised ATA Carnet, Cross-Border E-Commerce, Smart Housing, Dubai Empowerment, and Ease of Doing Business, which have been recognized for their excellence in various fields such as product safety, passenger experience improvement, licensing process simplification, and international trade documentation streamlining.

In addition, four initiatives have been shortlisted for the Best Digital City Experience award, recognizing transformative digital solutions that improve government efficiency and service integration. The Program aims to automate 100% of public services, integrate 90% of services, and eliminate the need for in-person visits for 90% of services. All submissions have undergone a rigorous assessment by international experts based on key criteria such as impact, creativity, innovation, service culture, and sustainability of results.

Lastly, eight pioneering initiatives have been shortlisted for the Best Pioneering Initiative award, showcasing excellence in digital transformation, efficiency, and service enhancement. The Hamdan bin Mohammed Programme for Government Services continues to drive innovation and develop a world-class model for seamless and personalized public services.
