
Cebu Pacific, the Philippine low-cost airline, successfully held its Iftar gathering in Dubai on March 4, gathering together Filipinos and tourism agents in the United Arab Emirates. The event was attended by H.E. Mohammed Jassim Al Rais, exceptional director of Al Rais Travel and Shipping Agencies LLC, who proudly holds the rights to sell tickets for Cebu Pacific Airlines in Dubai.
At the event, H.E. Al-Fondson Ferdinand Ver, the Philippine consul in the UAE, who drew attention to the limited number of seats for tourists traveling to the Philippines, also expressed hope for the prompt arrival of the new Cebu Pacific aircraft to increase passenger capacity and contribute to the development of tourism in the country.
In turn, H.E. Al Rais acknowledged the present for the support. He also expressed recognition for Cebu Pacific for their participation in strengthening the industry and mutual success. He shared a sense of pride for the Philippines, recalling the company's action with the spotlight on the world's tallest building, Burj Khalifa, under the campaign “Fly to the Philippines” by Cebu Pacific.
Cebu Pacific also collaborates with numerous organizations, providing free flights for charitable purposes to beneficiaries among Filipino gastarbaiters, helping them reunite with their families back home.
