During the extended third season of the "Al-Fawly" radio show, the Hamdan Bin Mohammed Heritage Center is broadcasting the program "Kaylah Jawazat Dubai" in collaboration with the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs in Dubai. The leading program, which is entering its third season, is hosted by Salem Mohammed. The program invites representatives from various government institutions to familiarize the community with the involvement of these organizations and their efforts aimed at improving government performance.

The program focuses on themes such as "government precedence", "service development", "digital transformation", "reduced bureaucracy", and it also emphasizes the interaction between the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs in Dubai and other governmental bodies in the framework of their joint work to serve the community and strengthen government effectiveness.

"Kaylah Jawazat Dubai" highlights the importance of continuous collaboration between organizations and institutions, as well as the role of mass media in presenting quality services to the public, since mass media facilitates the effective dissemination of governmental messages and information.

In the context of ensuring quality service, listeners of "Kaylah Jawazat Dubai" are offered daily monetary prizes, as well as a special prize in the amount of 10,000 dirhams which is awarded to one winner, and a weekly raffle for a car on Thursdays. At the end of Ramadan, a car raffle will also be held, adding a special feature to the program and promoting audience engagement.
