In the framework of sports events of the 12th season of the "Dubai Sports Festival Nad Al Sheba" archery competitions with a run (lazer-run) took place. This is the largest sporting event, organized with the support of Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince and Minister of Youth of Dubai. In turn, basketball competitions among individual athletes began with the participation of 10 teams. The team of the General Administration of Foreigners Affairs in Dubai won against the team of the Disabled with a score of 24-10, while the Dubai Police Team surpassed the team of the Department of Finance with a score of 22-17.
In the Elite category, American Isaiah Thomas won the main race with a time of 01:57 minutes. Russian Nikita Khaidukov came in second. Among the women, Russian Alisa Petrova won, with second place taken by the daughter of General Pardom from the Dubai Police, and third place went to Eda Matild from the team of the previous year.
