Dubai Media launched the "Leaders Preparation" program in collaboration with Elaf Training Company, aiming to train 31 employees from the second and third tier of leaders. The goal of the program is to develop their skills, experiences, and prepare them for the future, building a realistic model in the successful leader industry. The program includes four main programs, focusing on leadership tools, strategies, methodologies, and ways to discover potential and hidden talents in leaders. The "Institutional Change" program aims to build strong leaders who can create new beginnings and missions. In this context, the Executive Director of Human Resources Sheikha Ahmad pointed out that the program contributes to enhancing the skills of leaders and preparing them for leadership positions and future media management. Dubai Media continues to invest in its distinguished human resources and enhance new leaders who contribute to building an advanced and sustainable media future.
