Travel Advisory for Dubai Airport During Peak Weekend

Emirates Airlines has called on its customers to arrive at the airport early due to expected congestion in Terminal 3 and its surroundings. To avoid possible delays, passengers have also been urged to ensure they have all travel documents ready.

According to company information, more than 300,000 passengers are expected to travel through Terminal 3 at Dubai International Airport during the outgoing period from April 19 to April 21. Travelers have the option to choose several ways to complete departure procedures, including online check-in via the Emirates website or app 48 hours before the flight to receive a digital boarding pass.

Passengers who avail themselves of the baggage registration service or submit it for the intended flight can head directly to the passport control or use smart channels for quick processing of procedures. Additionally, alternative registration options are available at their service center in Dubai's international finance center, where passengers can complete check-in with lightness up to 24 hours before the flight and up to four hours prior to the flight, excluding flights to the USA. The option also includes a service in Ajman with a 24-hour window for check-in up to four hours before the flight.
