The architectural and engineering solutions of the city are nominated for a prestigious award for the best green buildings.
"Receiving the gold status from LEED signifies that Masdar is one of the leading sustainable communities in the country," noted the chairman of the municipality. "We will continue to develop and improve our green projects to ensure healthy and ecologically clean space for residents and visitors."
