The Dubai Women's Establishment has announced the launch of the second edition of the 'SheLeads for Future Women Leaders' program, aiming to develop the skills of Emirati talent in middle management roles and prepare them to effectively contribute to development efforts across various sectors.
The launch of the second edition of the program, taking place from November 10 to 14, is in collaboration with Hult International Business School in the UK. It will see the participation of 27 Emirati leaders from numerous government, semi-government, federal, and private entities, following the remarkable success of the first edition last June, which featured a group of distinguished female talents who benefited from developing their leadership and strategic thinking skills.
Naima Ahli, Executive Director of the Dubai Women's Establishment, stated that this program represents an effective platform for discovering and nurturing promising female leaders to take on greater leadership roles in the future. It embodies the vision of His Highness Sheikh Mansoor bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Presidential Affairs, and Her Highness Sheikha Manal bint Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, President of the Dubai Women's Establishment, to support the Emirati woman and enhance her presence in decision-making positions, in line with national objectives.
She added that the program, which spans five days, includes workshops and interactive lectures delivered by experts from Hult International Business School, and focuses on four key pillars: self-awareness, sustainable impact and effective communication, team leadership skills, and building inspiring visions.
