As part of the visual and digital arts program, the Mohammed bin Rashid Library, in cooperation with the 'L'Art Adresse' center and with the participation of Emirati and resident artists, has opened the art exhibition 'Light as We've Never Seen It Before.' The exhibition celebrates the legacy of French artist Claude Monet and his Impressionist school, which changed the face of modern art. The opening was attended by an elite group of artists, critics, and lovers of visual arts. Ibrahim Al Hashimi, a member of the board of directors of the Mohammed bin Rashid Library, stated: 'Hosting artistic and cultural events of this level is at the core of the vision of the Mohammed bin Rashid Library as an institution that seeks to cement Dubai's status as a center for creativity and thought.' The exhibition brought together artworks by more than 60 citizen and resident artists, who presented their own vision of light, color, and movement in nature in the spirit of Claude Monet, who turned the daily scene into an eternal moment.
