The Dubai Culture and Arts Authority (Dubai Culture) concluded the 'Training of Heritage Site Employees on Mechanisms for Dealing with People of Determination' program. This program is part of its community initiative 'Qualifying People of Determination for Cultural Guidance' and is implemented in cooperation with the 'Takaref' Center for Qualifying and Preparing Generations. The program aims to enhance the readiness of the Authority's employees and boost their skills in communication and professional interaction with people of determination, to ensure an inclusive cultural and heritage environment for them. This reflects the Authority's commitment to supporting the 'Community.. A Place for Everyone' initiative, which aims to make Dubai a city that is friendly to people of determination. The program, hosted at Al Qusais Public Library, was attended by 22 participants from the Authority's employees and a specialist from the Takaref Center, in addition to a number of parents and companions of people of determination.
