Dubai Customs organized the "Young Trader" event, bringing together 40 children across age groups. The goal was to immerse youth in practical entrepreneurial skills.
During the program, kids opened mini‑stores, swapped goods, and recorded transactions in a simulated business environment, fostering economic literacy and responsibility.
"We believe children are capable of great things, and their participation in real conditions helps build confidence and creativity," said Executive Director of Financial & Administrative Affairs, Rashid Abid Al Sharad.
