As part of the centennial celebrations, the Sultan Bin Ali Al Owais Cultural Foundation organized a book signing ceremony for 'Creative Images in the Poetry of Sultan Bin Ali Al Owais' by author Abdulghafar Hussein on February 19. On February 26, the exhibition 'Words That Love Beauty' was inaugurated, inspired by the poetry of Sultan Bin Ali Al Owais and featuring 76 works by 56 artists.
Among the prominent events held by the Foundation's program in 2025 was the 'Emirati Writer's Day' ceremony on May 27, which brought together over 100 Emirati writers from different generations to sign their latest publications.

The United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) designated 2025 as the Year of Sultan Al Owais (1925–2025), reflecting the global standing of his cultural heritage. In this context, the Foundation allocated a special budget to celebrate this exceptional event and decided to increase the value of the Sultan Bin Ali Al Owais Cultural Award to $150,000 for each of its five fields, bringing the total prize money to $750,000.
On January 23, the 'Centenary of the Late Poet Sultan Al Owais' events were inaugurated with a gala concert titled 'Naghm in Dubai' at the Dubai Opera.
