Philippine Consulate in Dubai to Hold OFW Serbisyo Caravan

The Philippine Consulate General in Dubai will host the third OFW Serbisyo Caravan on Jan. 10-11, 2026. Filipinos can access consular services like passport renewal, marriage registration, and overseas voting. Pre-registration is mandatory.


Philippine Consulate in Dubai to Hold OFW Serbisyo Caravan

The Philippine Consulate General in Dubai will take part in the third phase of the OFW Serbisyo Caravan on Jan. 10 and 11, 2026, offering a range of consular services to Filipinos in the emirate. During the two-day activity to be held at Conrad Hotel, Dubai, the Philippine Consulate General will provide passport renewal, notarial services, civil registration, report of marriage, issuance of Legal Capacity to Contract Marriage (LCCM), and overseas voting registration. Pre-registration is required to avail of the services and ensure a smooth and orderly process at bit.ly/Consular-SerbisyoCaravan-2026. The caravan is spearheaded by the Office of the President and the Department of Migrant Workers (DMW), through the Migrant Workers Office (MWO)-Dubai, as part of the government’s efforts to bring essential services closer to Filipinos working overseas. Filipinos in Abu Dhabi needing consular, labor, or other government assistance on Tuesday, Jan. 13, 2026, are advised to avail of them directly at the OFW Serbisyo Caravan to be held at the Intercontinental Hotel, Al Bateen. In an advisory, the Philippine Embassy in the UAE said it will temporarily close its main office on that day as to participate in the second leg of the Caravan in the capital city. Frontline services will be available starting 8:00 a.m. at the Al Bateen and Al Baynouna Ballroom. Services offered include: Consular services: passport application and renewal, notarization and authentication of documents, birth and marriage registration, and Commission on Elections (COMELEC) registration and assistance. Labor services: contract verification, assistance from the Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA), Social Security System (SSS), and Pag-IBIG Fund (HDMF). Other services: Office of the President programs, PhilHealth, Land Transportation Office (LTO), and Department of Information and Communication Technology (DICT).
