In a space where the boundaries of reality blend with digital imagination, and within the events of the 'Billion Followers Summit' in its fourth and final edition, the Egyptian artist and content creator based in Kuwait, Amy Bana, stood out as a testament to Dubai's ability to spread the energy of creativity and innovation, and to awaken latent talents, transforming the 'Summit' into an exceptional platform that not only brings content creators and influencers under one roof but into a laboratory for empowering talents and honing human creativity. Through the window of 'Mandala' art, Amy Bana presented a philosophical vision that sees Dubai as the 'first engine' that has elevated the experience of content creators worldwide, turning communication platforms from mere virtual spaces into a tangible reality that celebrates talent and gives it a push for local and global spread. Amy Bana told 'Al Ittihad': 'What Dubai is doing today is a magical and unique experience. It is the city that has the ability to turn digital space into a living reality. The moment you set foot in this city, you find the creators you used to follow behind screens, present before you in a wonderful and amazing harmony.' She noted that she participated for the first time in the Billion Followers Summit to witness how Dubai honors and supports talent, how it looks at content creators with eyes of appreciation and professionalism, and provides them with training and the ideal environment to launch towards success and excellence. Regarding the artistic experience and vision she presents through the art of drawing and its harmony with Dubai's vision, Amy Bana, who has been practicing 'Mandala' for 10 years, explained: 'This art is a visual language that symbolizes balance and the universe through precise radial symmetry that intersects with the authenticity of ornamentation. Just as Dubai weaves cultures into a single fabric, 'Mandala' is the art of 'the easy yet complex,' which turns simple lines into intricate and stunning compositions.' As for the nature of the collaborative artwork in which Amy used the 'acrylic' technique, the Egyptian artist and content creator continued: 'I executed a painting titled 'Billion Followers' on a cosmic 'Galaxy' background, making its edges open to be owned by every participating content creator. I observed through the audience's interaction that some drew a face, while others left their mark in a different way, and this painting ultimately became a mirror reflecting our creations just as Dubai brings us together on the same platform today.' She added: 'I wanted through this artistic work to affirm that manual art and the human story will remain present and powerful in the human and cultural horizon even in the age of artificial intelligence, as long as there is a nurturing environment that values the worth behind an artistic work.' Amy concluded that Dubai is the 'stage of creativity': 'And this painting is a humble gift to all the organizers and participants of the Billion Followers Summit. It is a priceless collaborative artistic work because it immortalizes a unique moment of encounter that Dubai provided us to awaken creativity within us and make us believe that any talent, no matter how simple, is capable of soaring into the sky of global stardom, starting from this inspiring land.'
