Dubai is hosting 'Dubai Global Food', the main culinary platform scheduled to take place at the Dubai World Trade Centre from January 26 to 30, as part of the 'Gulfood 2026' exhibition. The event will feature over 70 chefs from more than 30 nationalities, cementing Dubai's position as one of the most influential capitals in the culinary world, a city whose story is told through flavors, culture, and the art of cooking. The event's program includes a showcase of a select group of top chefs presenting their signature dishes live to the public, direct interaction with industry leaders, and opening new horizons for dialogue and business cooperation.
