Radio 'Al Ola', affiliated with the Hamdan bin Mohammed Centre for Heritage Revival in Dubai, is enhancing its media presence during the holy month of Ramadan through the program 'Dubai Passport' in its fourth season, broadcast in cooperation with the General Directorate of Identity and Affairs of Foreigners in Dubai. The program hosts a select group of officials and decision-makers from various government entities in a dialogue space that combines community knowledge and showcases leading government experiences in service development, enhancing the quality of life. The program airs from Monday to Thursday throughout the blessed month, offering a radio model that combines institutional dialogue and community interaction, providing listeners with an opportunity to learn about the key government initiatives and development projects, especially in the emirate of Dubai and the UAE as a whole. The program is accompanied by a distinctive interactive format through a set of daily questions that cover Emirati heritage and folk traditions, in addition to knowledge-based questions related to the nation's achievements and future initiatives, as well as informational content about the services of the General Directorate of Identity and Affairs of Foreigners in Dubai. The program also offers valuable daily prizes to participants, along with a grand prize of a car, drawn in the episode every Thursday. Within the framework of the dialogues hosted by the program, the Advisor for the Excellence and Government Services Sector of the Dubai Executive Council, Maitha Al Qarqawi, was invited. She reviewed the continuous development of the government services system in the emirate, emphasizing that the work on developing services is not limited to improving procedures but is based on studying the needs of customers and foreseeing the future of government services in line with societal expectations. The program also hosted the Deputy Director General of the General Directorate of Identity and Affairs of Foreigners in Dubai and Chairman of the Permanent Committee for Labor Affairs in Dubai, Brigadier Obaid Mheir bin Suror, along with the Assistant Director General for Labor Relations Regulation in the Directorate, Colonel Omar Matar Al Mazina. The program also hosted the CEO of the Dubai Center for Economic Security, Faisal bin Sultan.
