Dubai Culture hosted a series of creative and inspiring events during the holy month of Ramadan as part of the 'Welfa' initiative. These events were designed to strengthen family bonds and celebrate the authentic culture and heritage of the UAE.

One of the key activities was the 'Ramadan Evenings' program, organized by Dubai Public Libraries. It attracted over 350 visitors, while the art workshops at the Safa Library for Arts and Design had more than 250 participants. The program also featured a variety of cultural and entertainment activities, providing a warm family atmosphere that promotes the values of togetherness and communication.

The 'Emirati Values Iftar' initiative created a vital space for constructive dialogue and positive communication, allowing participants to learn about the authentic Emirati values.

The seventh season of 'Ramadan Heroes' was a great success, attracting over 7,000 donors who contributed more than 800,000 AED. This humanitarian initiative, organized by Dubai Culture in collaboration with Talabat and the UAE Red Crescent, aims to support underprivileged families across the nation by encouraging the community to donate Iftar meals, Ramadan gift baskets, Eid clothing, and charity through the 'Ramadan Heroes Virtual Association' on the Talabat app.

The 'Ambassadors of Good' event, organized by the Dubai Culture Youth Council in partnership with the Federal Youth Authority and several government and private entities, showcased a comprehensive model of community work based on the values of compassion and solidarity during the holy month. The event saw the participation of over 200 volunteers from the authority and various segments of the public, who helped pack and distribute more than 15,000 Iftar meals to fasting individuals near the Union Museum, in addition to organizing a collective Iftar for participants, reflecting a spirit of cooperation and teamwork.

The Jalila Center for Culture of Childhood also presented a rich program that attracted over 115 visitors. It featured the participation of 19 local talents and 13 artists at the 'Artists' Market', in addition to offering four interactive experiences and specialized workshops.

These events, along with others, highlight Dubai's role as a global hub for humanity, strengthening the values of compassion, solidarity, and community cohesion.
