Dr. Nazar Al-Khathani has worked for four years on his first book on training and leadership. He was inspired by previous leadership experience in the UAE, represented by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE, and the ruler of Dubai. In his book, he considers various aspects of leadership, starting with planning and change, and concluding with forecasting the future. The book contains 40 lessons on leadership, planning, and changes, framed in accordance with methods accepted in the field of leadership. One of the key lessons of the book is the principle of planning, which is distinguished by its focus on achieving first place in the world of leadership. He also describes the importance of the culture of leadership of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum for the management community and the business sector in the UAE, as well as the aim to spread this experience beyond the borders of the country for global use. Al-Khathani talked about his work on the book, starting with references to local leadership cases in 75% of the material and adding 25% of international examples. He noted that after the training, the value of the book lies in how best to learn the lessons of leadership and apply them in practice. Additionally, he conducts training on leadership and planning in partnership with three key government agencies: the federal government, the local government in Abu Dhabi and Dubai, focusing on transferring UAE's experience in the field of leadership globally.
