In accordance with the appointment of the second deputy of the first instance court of the Center for Litigation of disputes over real estate in Dubai, Dr. Abdulrahman Juma Mohammed Sharaf, a legal practitioner of the Dubai Judicial Council was appointed to the position of assistant to the Secretary-General. The decree is set to take effect on March 1, 2025, and will be published in the Official Gazette.
"This decree ensures further strengthening of Dubai’s institutions and enhances the effectiveness and quality of their work," emphasized Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Prime Minister of the UAE and ruler of Dubai.
