The program, held in October, was organized in the strategic areas of the Dubai government, involving the roles of women in the community and media.
The three-day training, the largest such event to date, received broad data and practical skills for effective interaction with authorities and the creation of targeted information campaigns. This achievement was recognized in the region, highlighting the role of women in media and the creation of targeted information campaigns.
"We are proud that this program became an important step in supporting women's leadership in Dubai. This is not just a professional development for women, but also an expansion of opportunities for women in the future," noted Mona Al-Marri, head of the Dubai Foundation for Women.
The leaders of the project addressed the leaders of the participating structures and the common structures for their active participation in the project. Media-sphere leaders with digital technologies and global media trends require constant learning.
"Media is not just a tool for transmitting information, but also a platform for forming the public dialogue and preserving the cultural values of society. We are determined to make this an important aspect of future media," said one of the speakers, a doctor, who excels in the media—this is a guarantee for stable development.
The organizers emphasized the importance of traditional values and their norms. "In our current systems, there is a call to power, inspiration, and dialogue. This helps us to deal with the challenges of modern media," said a senior consultant.
During the training, key participants of the project and media-structures were involved. In the program, specialists from DBC and related agencies took part.
"We want to support such an important platform. Our goal is to create a base of talented young women who will represent Dubai and its values on the international arena," said Mona Al-Marri.
