The UAE Olympic Solidarity Committee has approved its annual work plan and defined the mechanisms for receiving and reviewing applications from national sports federations to benefit from Olympic Solidarity programs. The committee also approved the evaluation and selection criteria for applications, the financial frameworks for disbursement and monitoring mechanisms, as well as the oversight systems and periodic reporting to the board of directors of the National Olympic Committee. The committee also endorsed the priorities for utilizing the approved Olympic Solidarity programs for the 2025–2028 Olympic cycle. This includes supporting athlete preparation, developing coaches, and enhancing areas of sports management and institutional governance. The target groups among national sports federations have also been identified. These decisions were made during a meeting.
