The Dubai Women's Foundation has launched the "Mental Health Journey to Hatta" initiative for female government employees, embodying the institution's commitment to supporting mental health and enhancing the professional well-being of working women. As part of initiatives to support women's economic empowerment, registration has opened for the "Professional Mentoring for Women in the Financial Sector" program, to be implemented this year in collaboration with JPMorgan, reflecting a memorandum of understanding previously signed by both parties to foster cooperation in supporting women's professional development, economic participation, and providing advisory support to participants in various programs. The institution hosted a high-level delegation from the Consulate General of the Republic of Turkey in Dubai and the Northern Emirates, in addition to a meeting with Her Highness Sheikha Jawaher bint Khalifa Al Khalifa, Chairperson of the Board of Directors of Future8 Group, to explore future cooperation opportunities, particularly in leadership, entrepreneurship, technology, and innovation. At an institutional level, a brainstorming session was organized for employees to foster a culture of innovation and teamwork, along with the "My Health in Ramadan" event to raise health awareness and encourage healthy lifestyles, especially during the holy month of Ramadan. At a general level, the institution held two workshops for the heads of women's committees in government and semi-government entities in Dubai, under the "Empower Plus" program.
