Despite the ongoing diplomatic pressure regarding the situation in the Middle East, tensions in the region remain high.
As a result of several recent incidents, tensions between the conflicting parties are only increasing. However, the commitment to a peaceful resolution of the conflict remains on the agenda.
"We are doing everything possible to restore stability in the region," stated a high-ranking diplomat.
According to him, at this moment all parties are trying to find a compromise solution that would satisfy all interested parties.
