The Vice-General Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of the Interior, met with Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Public Security Vientham Le Khung. The sides discussed friendly relations between the two countries and ways to strengthen them for achieving the ambitions of the leadership of both nations. They addressed issues of cooperation in the field of security, law enforcement, and the fight against transnational organized crime.
Special attention was given to considering the role of advanced technologies in developing governmental operations that contribute to sustainable development and improving the quality of life in the global community.
"We discussed several issues related to cooperation in the field of ensuring security and combating crime. Our goal is to improve the quality of life for people and contribute to sustainable development worldwide," noted Le Khung.
