The Laureate of the prestigious title of Best Player of the Year 2024 became the representative of the women's national team of the UAE for cricket Isha Ouzah. She is recognized for her significant contribution to achieving outstanding results in official matches at both the international and continental levels. Ouzah managed to score a huge number of points, contributing to victories in many official tournaments in which the national team participated throughout the year. Among them is the victory at the Asian Women's Cricket Council Cup, where she won the title of Best Bowler and was named the Best Player of the tournament.
Ouzah also played a significant role in qualifying for the Women's World Championship 2024.
