The national team of the UAE has completed its preparation to participate in the international friendly tournament in Qatar, which will take place from March 17 to 26. The competing teams include the national teams of UAE, Qatar, Egypt, Australia, Thailand, and Croatia.
In the list of players for the tournament are: Muhammed Al-Vafi (Al-Jazeera), Rashid Muhammed (Hurfakan), Ahmed Nabil (Diba), Nawaf Al-Yasi, Fahad Jasim, Ali Takhir, Saif Al-Kaabi, Abdulla Zaal (Sharjah), Hamad Al-Bolshi (Ajman), Abdulaziz Al-Bolshi, Nikhayyan Al-Maamari (Al-Ain), Ahmed Raid (Al-Nasr), Abdulla Ahmed, Mansur Al-Mahali (Al-Wahda), Khalifa Hamis, Rabia Al-Bolshi (Al-Wasl), Khalid Naser, Khaza'a Al-Hamadi (Yunaited), Marzouk Al-Badavi (Hatta).
The national team will begin its participation in the tournament with a match against the national team of Thailand on March 19, then on March 22, they will compete against the team of Australia, and will conclude their participation in the group stage with a match against the national team of Egypt on March 25.
The training and administrative staff of the national team paid special attention to the preparation of all players for the tournament during the internal gathering, which took place at the football association base in Dubai last week.
