Financial Constraints in UAE Football Club

The issue of financial gain has become a concern for the Abu Dhabi football club in the context of extending a contract with a foreign player for a new season. The club's management insists that the new agreement should be signed for the same amount as in the current season, at a time when the player seeks a salary increase.

"The club is strengthening its relationship with a known sports agency in individual discipline to convince him to give up the desire to leave the team and fully devote himself to a new job. He felt that the financial compensation from sports no longer allows him to satisfy his life needs."

In the club's statement in the top league, the possibility of adding a new clause to the player's contract is considered, allowing the club to reduce the player's monthly salary if his performance level decreases or he fails to achieve a sufficient number of goals.

It is noted that in the lists of players in the matches published by the Football Association website, the names of players are listed with errors and incorrectly. The name mentioned in the player’s ID is also not specified, nor is his known pseudonym.

The club's first league coach explained the team's recent failure with a squad of about 10 players who received injuries, which leaves the team’s reserves without solutions that could help achieve victories.

The former club administrator in the first league stated that the absence of bonuses for the win awarded to players after each match significantly affects the team’s results, especially considering the rising monthly salaries of players.
