The program is aimed at shaping and strengthening the personal qualities of young people, including discipline, respect, leadership skills, and a positive attitude towards life. The program also focuses on the all-round development of the personality, instilling such values as teamwork, fairness, and respect for others. In the first year of the program, about 30 state and private organizations joined in. Over 45,000 students from sports clubs and the Dubai School participated in 1,500 sessions, contributing to the revival and socialization of youth.
The program's partners included key partners, including the police, public and private organizations, educational institutions, sports federations, and government departments. The program's impact will be measured through the development of social indicators, including education, health, culture, and sports.
The motivational program is based on four key principles: — strengthening of moral and ethical values; — educational programs and development of life skills; — improvement of awareness about health and safety; — organization of community and school activities.
The implementation of the program provides for the promotion of such areas as education, group discussions, cultural events, and sports.
