Jordanian Dibba player Mahmoud Al-Muradidi expressed his happiness at securing a valuable point after a 1-1 draw with Al-Wahda yesterday, as part of the eighth round of the ADNOC Pro League.
Al-Muradidi said in press statements: "We dedicate this point to the team's fans.. It will be the beginning of moving to the safe zone in the league standings."
Al-Wahda was the first to score through Syrian Omar Kharbin (74), and Iraqi Mahdi Ali (Mimi) equalized from a penalty kick (90+9).
Al-Muradidi added: "Ending the first half without conceding goals is important, it helped the team to perform better in the second half."
On the other hand, Al-Wahda player Abdullah Hamad said, "Squandering the full mark was due to wasting many chances," confirming that this caused the team to lose points in previous matches.
