In contrast, the squad saw the return of Ajman's Issam Fayez, Al-Ahli's Mohamed Jumaa Al-Mansoori, and Al-Wahda's Sasha. The UAE team is scheduled to begin a short training camp in Dubai on Wednesday before heading to Doha next Friday. The team will play in Group C of the Arab Cup alongside Egypt and Jordan, as well as the winner of the Kuwait vs. Mauritania match. The organizing committee for the 2025 Arab Cup announced the selection of the character 'Juha' as the tournament's official mascot.
