The Dubai Corporation (Fujairah Dubai) has announced the launch of the winter season of training for the Al-Fujairan Football Club for age groups born between 2010 and 2020, under the patronage of the Dubai Sports Council and the Dubai Municipality.
The training, which recently began, will continue until the end of next May. It is being held in six major parks in Dubai in cooperation with the municipality: Al Muteena Park, Al Warqa 3 Park, Al Barsha 4 Park, Al Barsha Lake Park, Al Barsha South Park, and Al Mizhar 2 Park.
The training sessions are held four days a week: on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
Fujairah Dubai confirmed that the great turnout from families to enroll their children in the club's training reflects their confidence in the corporation's community and sports role, and its efforts to provide a stimulating environment within residential neighborhoods that allows children and youth to practice sports within a professional framework covering all age groups. The number of players who have joined the academy so far has reached 527, reflecting the growing interest of families in community sports and its role in developing children's personalities.
The current training focuses on enhancing positive behaviors among players, such as respecting teammates, accepting referees' decisions, and maintaining a sporting spirit, in addition to instilling community values. This contributes to supporting the family's role in upbringing and building a balanced personality, both morally and athletically.
The academy also supports talented players to reach major clubs in the country, as a group of players recently joined Dubai-based clubs after excelling in performance and commitment.
Nurturing through Sports and Morality
