This victory earned him 389 points, moving him up in the rankings. This was Nacho's first win in a 'International Series' event of the DP World Tour this season, the third of his career on the tour, and his first since 2024. He gained 585 points, which allowed him to climb 72 places in the 'Race to Dubai' to occupy the fourth position with a total of 633 points this season.
